KHS People, in partnership with David Ackert from Pipeline Plus, hosted the inaugural Marketing Leaders Roundtable (MLR) 200 two-day retreat in New York this past July. During the retreat, Founder & CEO Kate Harry Shipham presented "America’s Got Talent: Data-driven Insights into the Am Law 200 Legal Marketer," drawing from years of comparative trends data. This session explored talent data that empowers CMOs to make informed hiring decisions, focusing on the profiles, motivations, and career trajectories of legal marketers, while also addressing best practices for hiring and development.
