In 2017, she founded KHS People, a firm that places senior marketing and business development professionals in law firms across the US. Leveraging her extensive legal and search experience, Kate ensures KHS provides unmatched service and data-driven insights for successful, long-term placements. Committed to honesty and integrity, she frequently travels for client and speaking engagements. Kate lives in Lincoln Park, Chicago, with her family.

His freelance career spanned various industries, notably contributing to the Chicago Cubs' gameday program. Amid the pandemic in early 2021, he founded 312 Advisors, a marketing and creative design agency. Allan's recent participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program led to a partnership with Kate Harry Shipham of KHS People, marking his reentry into the legal sector and expansion into growth partnerships with small businesses. A Chicago native, Allan enjoys traveling and lives with his husband in Oak Park (Chicago).
