Podcast: May = Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I have heard stories recently which suggest an important shift in the way legal marketing professionals are prioritizing their mental health. Part of this positive move has come from the aftermath of Covid, with people working in law firms being humanized perhaps for the first time in their careers. The other part of it is a willingness and vulnerability to share and opt-in for being mentally well and happy, first and foremost. Let's celebrate this moment and continue to lean in.
